A CRM your team can use
If two people use different tags for the same thing, the account gets messy fast. I start with the basics: what a contact record needs to show, how leads move through your pipeline, and who owns the next step. Already have an account? We keep what works and agree on what needs to change.
What I can set up
The scope can include account settings, team access, contact fields, tags, pipeline stages, and saved contact lists. We agree on names and rules so your team can find records and avoid adding the same information in several places.
Moving existing contacts
Before an import, we review a sample file. We match columns to fields, check duplicates, and decide which records to keep. We also agree whether imported contacts should enter any workflows. Importing a list does not create permission to send marketing messages.
Example: a local service team
A sample setup might separate new inquiries, quotes sent, and booked work. Each lead has a service type, source, and assigned team member. This is an example, not a client result. Your stages should match the way your team actually works.
Handover and scope
You get the agreed account setup, field and tag notes, and a walkthrough. Bring your current tools, sample contact data, and team roles. Advanced workflows, full funnels, and custom integrations are scoped separately. We test sample records and access before the team starts using the setup.
Questions before we start
Can you clean up an existing account?
Yes. We review the current structure first. Bulk changes and imports need an agreed plan so useful records are preserved.
Does this include follow-up messages?
Basic steps can be included in the scope. Longer sequences belong in the workflow automation service.
Will I own the account?
You should control your business account and access. I work through the permissions agreed for the project.
