Give the postcard a place in the customer journey
A past customer enters a campaign. Should they receive a postcard now, or have they already been contacted? I help turn those decisions into clear rules, connecting an agreed GoHighLevel event with an available Dope Marketing action. The digital follow-up needs to fit the mailing, too.
Decide who should receive mail
We define the campaign audience, required address details, and reasons to exclude a contact. Repeat leads should not trigger repeated mail orders by accident. We agree on a check for recent requests before enabling the campaign.
Example: a past-customer campaign
An illustrative flow selects eligible past customers using the data available in your CRM. It checks the mailing details and submits the agreed request. A later follow-up can create a call task or send an approved message. This is a sample plan; it is not a claim of delivered mail or campaign results.
Check the available actions and tracking
Before building, I check your account access and the current connection options. We confirm which request and status data are available. A submitted request is not the same as confirmed delivery, and I do not label it as delivered without supporting data.
What you receive
The scope includes campaign rules, data mapping, the agreed connection, and a test plan. We use a controlled test and agree on any real mailing costs first. You provide approved creative, audience rules, and account access. Printing, postage, platform fees, and campaign management are separate unless stated.
Questions before we start
Can every CRM event trigger a mailing?
Only if we can obtain the event and connect it to a supported action. I check both sides before agreeing on the build.
Does this include postcard design?
Not by default. We agree whether you provide approved creative or need design work in the project.
Can I see whether a postcard was delivered?
That depends on the status information available for your campaign and account. We confirm the reporting scope before launch.
